Ok — I’ve been very inspired by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s Chicken Out campaign. The synopsis is: in order to educate people about chicken welfare Hugh is raising two different flocks of chickens. One under the “standard” intensive farming guidelines and one under “free range” guidelines. He is ultimately trying to get the entire city of Axminster (and eventually the world!) to go free range.

Andrew and I would be very grateful if you could send us your absolutely best vegetarian recipes. We are the very definition of meat eaters and nearly ever meal features some kind of meat. To be honest, I’m very off-put by the concept of a vegetarian meal. I’ve never had one I really enjoy and I usually leave feeling unsatisfied. HELP ME CHANGE!
I have no intention of leaving meat off the menu for good, but I would absolutely love to include more meat-free meals. So give ’em to me!Â Â (Please … pretty please with sugar on top….)
