1st Midwife appointment

Well, we’re finally coming to terms with the idea of being pregnant. We had the first midwife appointment today. It was rather pointless as she didn’t book me in, but we were able to schedule our first scans. I’m having one later this week as I’m having just a bit of spotting. Then we’ll have our dating scan on the 18th December. Our big Nuchal Fold scan (to test for Downs and other genetic abnormalities) will take place in early January probably, and that will be up in London.
