Luke woke up from his nap at around 4pm and his eye was absolutely seeled shut with gunk. It was icky all day and I was dutifully squirting breast milk into it but between 9:45pm and 10:15pm it suddenly swelled up terribly and was really blood shot. We ended up taking him to see the out-of-hours doctor who gave him a perscription for eye drops. His eye is looking much better now but it’s still a bit bloody. Still, at least it’s on the mend!

I was at a baby shower this weekend and I swear that I didn’t know what 1/2 the stuff she got was for? Like, was I totally oblivious during my sisters’ pregnancies?

When ever his eye gets a bit gunky I just squirt a bit of boobie juice into it — as it contains natural antibodies it keeps things nice and clean and healthy! Course, it looks creepy when his eye is all white, but it works!
Congratulations! (on Luke not the pink eye) And, I hope I don’t have to find out anymore wonderful news from Google 🙁
