8-years?? Surely not!

I cannot believe that in less than a week Andrew and I will have been married for 8 years.  (Surely I’m not old enough for that?!?)

It seems like only yesterday that I was hiding behind the trees in my parents yard playing euchre with the bridesmaids waiting for the wedding to begin.  Everyone that helped out with the wedding was amazing and the entire experience was relatively stress-free.  I can’t thank my family enough for making that day one of the most amazing of my life.

But, much more importantly than any party — I now have a wonderful marriage! I always knew that Andrew was amazing and the only guy for me, but seeing him with the baby has just increased those feelings and I am so lucky.  I know that I’m never going to win the lotto or have some high-paying job because I keep using my luck up where it matters… (with my life partner, tumours and pulmonary embolisms!)
